Paying for your treatment
There are two pays to pay for your treatment, and it’s important that you choose the right option when booking;
1. Self pay for your treatment
2. Use your medical insurance

Self-Paying Patients

Insurance Patients
We are registered with all major insurance providers and welcome patients who wish to use their health insurance to cover the cost of treatment.
There are two options for using your insurance:
- Pay and Claim – You may pay for your treatment directly. We will provide all necessary invoices and documentation so you can submit a claim to your insurer for reimbursement.
- Direct Billing – We can bill your insurer directly and handle the claims process on your behalf. Due to the processing involved, this option carries a £50 administration fee, payable prior to treatment. Please note: Any policy excess you are responsible for is in addition to the administration fee.

Important: Direct Billing Requirements
If we are processing your insurance claim directly, you must provide the following information before booking your appointment:
- Your membership number
- Your claim number
- The number of sessions authorised
- Details of any policy excess for which you are responsible
If this information is not submitted in advance, we will be unable to process the claim, and you will be required to pay for treatment yourself and seek reimbursement independently.
We strongly recommend contacting your insurance provider before your first appointment to confirm your coverage details and any pre-authorisation requirements.
